As a 100% volunteer-run fair, support like this makes a huge difference and helps us keep the grounds clean and running smoothly throughout the weekend.

Our 2026 Vendor application is open!!!

We’re inviting vendors who are interested in being part of this year’s fair, held the first weekend in May at the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds.

If you sell products, share services, or just want to be part of a great community event, we’d love to hear from you.

Space is limited, so we encourage vendors to apply early.
