Appliances: clean, less than 5 yrs. old
Bathtubs: In good condition only
Bricks or blocks: not broken
Cabinets: complete in good condition
Carpet: new only, 10×10 ft minimum
Doors: all type-new or good condition
Flooring: wood/vinyl/ceramic
Furniture: good, usable condition
Hardware
Home decor: all types, not chipped or broken
Lumber: all types-boards 4ft. & longer, sheets-2 ft. x 2

ft. & larger
Pipe: PVC/Metal
Plumbing: good usable parts and supplies
Sinks: stainless steel, un-chipped enamel, fiberglass
Tile: clean and unbroken
Tools: hand and power, good working condition
Vanities: in good condition
Windows: unbroken, un-fogged, complete, double pane
We do not accept:
Baseboard Heaters, unless new
Blinds & Curtains: unless new
Drop-in Ranges
Mattresses
Used Shower doors
Wood-burning Stoves
