On May 12, CCSF awarded 31 CHS seniors a total of $55,450 in scholarships—the largest number of scholarships and highest amount ever awarded, thanks to our generous donors.

CHS alum and world-renowned opera singer Simon Estes, who joined us to present the Simon & Westella Scholarship, made the evening even more memorable, and received a standing ovation.
It was a wonderful celebration, and we congratulate the Class of 2026 on its many achievements.

Thanks to William Simmons (CHS Class of 1954), CCSF will award an additional $1,000 scholarship next week, the William Simmons Scholarship. We appreciate Bill’s continued support of CHS graduates as they pursue further education. Bill's hallmark is music and protecting the environment.
On May 12, CCSF will award more than $50,000 in scholarships to 31 CHS seniors during the Senior Awards program. These awards are possible because of generous donors, and we’re proud to help connect students with this support.

BIG NEWS FOR THE ARTS AT HOWAR MIDDLE SCHOOL!

The CCS Foundation is proud to award a $10,000 grant to the HMS art program for a kiln and ceramic supplies. This investment will allow talented art teacher Mrs. Oehler to introduce ceramics for all of her 300+ students and expand opportunities for the HMS Art Club.

We're excited to support hands-on creativity and new artistic experiences for Centerville students!
Opportunities like this are made possible thanks to the generosity of those who support the CCS Foundation!
