Join Our Relationship-Based Practice - FFS - Prosthodontics of Texas

We’re a comprehensive, relationship-focused, fee-for-service practice in Austin seeking a Dental Hygienist to join us one day per week, or 6 shorter days per month. If you love educating patients, practicing at a high clinical standard, and collaborating with a tight-knit team, you’ll feel at home here.
What you’ll do:
* Deliver thorough preventive care with a strong emphasis on patient education and long-term health
* Perform Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) and integrate laser therapy where appropriate
* Utilize salivary bacterial testing to personalize home-care and perio protocols
* Work with premium adjuncts including StellaLife and CariFree within evidence-based protocols
* Co-diagnose and partner closely with the doctor on individualized treatment plans
* Own the details—documentation, follow-through, and continuity of care
* Continually learn and stretch your clinical skills
You are:
* An RDH who enjoys a fee-for-service, quality-over-quantity pace
* Curious, growth-minded, and emotionally mature
* Detail and service-oriented team player
Schedule
* 1 day per week
* Or 6 shorter days per month, perfect for moms and those who like to get home early.

If you’re ready to represent Austin at the state level and have a voice in shaping the future of our profession, we encourage you to nominate yourself or a colleague.

Requirements to be delegate:

✔ Be a GADHA member in good standing

✔ Be nominated & elected by membership

✔ Be willing and able to attend ALL conference sessions

✔ Participate in the required delegate orientation & pre-conference caucus

✔ Review the official HOD packet ahead of time

✔ Represent Austin professionally and report back on assigned duties

✔ Honor the attendance-based reimbursement rules

Her dedication turned an idea into impact, and because of her follow-through, patients at Baylor Scott & White in Marble Falls are getting thoughtful, preventive-focused support exactly when they need it most. Are you passionate about working with children and promoting healthy smiles? Our family-friendly dental practice is seeking an experienced and compassionate dental hygienist to join our team!

About Us:
We specialize in creating a positive and fun dental experience for kids, from toddlers to teens. Our office is a warm and welcoming space where children feel safe and cared for while learning the importance of oral health. Office hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide gentle and thorough dental cleanings for children of all ages.
• Educate children and their families on oral hygiene practices and the importance of maintaining a healthy smile.
• Maintain a kid-friendly, positive, and calming environment during visits.
• Stay up to date on the latest pediatric dental care techniques and best practices.

Qualifications:
• Valid Dental Hygienist Texas license .
• Previous experience working with children is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, kindness, and the ability to make every visit fun and engaging.
• Strong commitment to promoting oral health education and prevention.
