Teenagers doing some heavy lifting - over 300lbs heavy, to be exact.

Through more than 800 volunteer hours this year, NeighborUp’s Teen Board collected over 300 pounds of food during their Summer Stock Up Food Drive. Their dedication strengthens our food pantries while helping build a culture of service and leadership in our community.

Earlier this month, Teen Board members gathered for their final meeting of the year and celebrated with their annual kickball and ice cream party - a fun tradition honoring all they accomplished together.

Two food drives working towards the same goal - serving our neighbors.

Last Sunday, Devoted City Church showed up in a big way with a generous food drive donation for our pantry. We’re so grateful for their support and commitment to caring for the community.

We also want to recognize the many partners who participated in the Easter food drive:

Collections took place weekly throughout April, with each location collecting specific requested items to help create a balanced supply for our pantry shelves.

Thank you. You heard their stories, and your response has been tremendous.

Together, we’ve raised over $100,000 for families relocating from Chatham Estates. Your support has helped more than 50% of the families we’ve been working with move into new spaces to call home. These neighbors have found new places for their mobile homes, others are now renting, and a few have even purchased homes.

The impact of your generosity, support, and the dedication of our Community Services team cannot be overstated. Because of this community, families are finding stability and hope.

They showed up to serve and give back! A special thank you to the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® for a generous donation in honor of REALTOR® Give Back Day. We loved hosting more than 75 Realtors who volunteered during our Bag Sale and helped make a meaningful impact for neighbors in our community.
