Winners train, losers complain!!

Open to female athletes with a winning attitude, good work ethic and dedication to improving. Even if you play for a different AAU program, these workouts are open to you. *These are not tryouts or a guaranteed spot on our teams, they are just our way to give back to the community, share basketball knowledge and have fun over the summer.

Next Sessions are this weekend: 9:30-11:30am both Saturday and Sunday! We will be at The Sewickley Community Center. The workouts are for M.S. - Early H.S. female hoopers who are serious about getting to the next level. These are not for casual players, we work REALLY HARD and push ourselves out of our comfort zones. We have girls from 7 different school districts who are all looking to maximize their skills. If you are or know a girl who shares this philosophy and drive contact us today and join our FREE SUMMER SESSIONS. This is the ONLY PROGRAM in the area that looks for talent and dedication over your ability to pay. We want the best hoopers to join us, regardless of income. We are NOT pay to play, we are work hard to play!!

Be a winner with B.R.I.D.G.E. Ballers! 💪 🏀 ❤️

We got in some serious work tonight at The Sewickley Community Center! The passes are getting crisper, handles are tighter, shots are falling, decisions are quicker and smarter, and we play defense like dawgs!! The athletes are committed to being the best they can and they trained hard for our Wednesday Skill Session!

B.R.I.D.G.E. Ballers put in some hard work this morning for our Saturday Skill Session and 3v3!
We did a bunch of skill work including working on maintaining the ball when getting hit and overplayed. (The kids enjoyed getting to hit each other in this. 😆) And we had an epic 3v3/3v4/4v4 match where Team USA took it all and wouldn't give up. Shout out to Team Black & Grey for their efforts, but Red & Blue was not losing it this morning. We even chanted "USA, USA, USA!" to highlight our Team pride. It's just practice for when these girls play in the Olympics for Team USA. 🤣 ❤️ 💪 🏀

We were at it Wednesday night for our Skill Session! Do you know how you perfect your mechanics? You do the exact same thing over and over and over again. Then you do that over and over and over again. Then...
So very proud of the grind these athletes are putting in, they are getting in the work nonstop and it shows each session as they make crisper passes, quicker and smarter decisions, and continue to elevate to new heights!! We are DETERMINED TO ACCEPT THE CHALLENGES ahead of us!

Next two Skill Sessions and 3v3 are Saturday & Sunday mornings from 9-11! All sessions are free and open to any female athletes in grades 6-10. Contact us for more information!! Join us to Become a Responsible, Independent, Determined, Goal-oriented, Empowered Baller!
