HPNF is incredibly grateful to receive a $107,000 grant from Elea Institute for a new project titled the Spanish-Language Access to Hospice and Palliative Nursing Certification Initiative.

HPNF will work in collaboration with the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA) and the Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center (HPCC) to translate key certification and preparatory materials for Nursing Assistants into Spanish and implement multilingual learning and testing support systems.

In addition to the translation of the exam and prep materials, scholarships will be available through HPNF to Spanish-speaking nursing assistants pursuing certification preparation and testing.
