A big THANK YOU to all the volunteers that participated in our annual BIG DIG seminar today! Also a huge thank you to the Carlstadt Library for hosting the event and the Gartland family for donating the funds for this event! Good job everyone! 🐝 🦋 🐛

Now at the community garden is the Carlstadt Recycling Committee’s Little Library.
Please feel free to leave a book take a book or read while enjoying the garden grounds.
Thank you to the recycling committee and the Borough or Carlstadt for making this happen.
Books are for all ages!

The Carlstadt Community Garden greenhouse will be open tomorrow only this weekend between the hours of 10:30am and 12:30pm ONLY we will be close Sunday and Monday.
We accept cash only. Ask us for some deals and flash sales. Get them vegetables plants in ASAP!!! Time is running out. 🚨

It was a fantastic day at the Carlstadt Community Garden! We officially cut the ribbon for the greenhouse and were honored to have our major donor, Allison Weir and her family here to celebrate. Allison, along with Mayor Zimmermann cut the ribbon along with the council and Vic Fonseca.

Thank you Allison for all of your financial support to get the idea of a greenhouse into a REALITY.
The gift of this greenhouse will leave a lasting impactful impression for years to come!

We would also like to thank the following people for their donations for this greenhouse project:

*Russo Construction for building the plant benches
*Vic Fonseca for building the greenhouse with his volunteers

Happy Mother’s Day
Fortunately some work needs to get done at the greenhouse so the
GREENHOUSE WILL BE OPEN TODAY from 9AM-12PM
Get that last minute Mother’s Day deals on hanging baskets or potted flower arrangement. Or come get your vegetables or herbs. Everyone is ready to plant their garden.
