The Carlisle Kiwanis Club makes $10 on every box of blueberries that we sell, BUT we lose $25 on every box NOT prepaid and NOT picked up. Therefore, we have instituted a new policy that ALL boxes ordered must be prepaid. Your phone order is NOT confirmed until we receive payment.

📞 You may also place an order through the blueberry phone line, 717-243-6800.
After the beep, please leave:
• Your first and last name (spell your last name)
• Your phone number
• Number of blueberry boxes
• Number of cookbooks

🫐 Blueberries: $35 per 10 lb. box
📖 Blueberry Cookbooks: $10 each

⚠️ Pre-payment is REQUIRED for all orders and must be received by Friday, June 26, 2026, to complete your order. This policy helps prevent unpaid boxes from going unclaimed.

Attention Youth Serving Non-Profit Organizations!!
The 2026 Carlisle Kiwanis Community Grant application is now available.
This year $6,000 is available for programs, projects, events, repairs, or general operating expenses that align with the Kiwanis mission of "improving the world one child and one community at a time." Past grant awards have ranged from $250 to $1500.
Applications are due April 30.

Congratulations to our Secretary and Past-president Barrie Ann McBride George for being honored by the AAUW - Carlisle. She received the award from club member Kelly Miranda Spasic.

AAUW Carlisle was very pleased to present our Gateway to Equity Award to Barrie Ann George tonight — our highest honor!
Barrie Ann serves as Vice President of Development and Communications at Safe Harbour, Inc., where she plays a vital role in addressing homelessness in our community through strategic grant development and public engagement. Her career reflects more than three decades of dedicated service to human services, including leadership roles with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region (Cumberland County Director) and United Way of Carlisle & Cumberland County.

A steadfast community leader, Barrie Ann has served as President and Secretary of the Carlisle Kiwanis Club, Board Chair of the Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation, and volunteer with the Cumberland County Commission for Women. Her commitment to equity, advocacy, and community advancement has earned her numerous honors, including the 2024 Persimmons Award, the 2022 Distinguished Alumni Award from Shippensburg University, and the 2020 Business Woman of the Year Award.

Through both her professional leadership and civic engagement, Barrie Ann exemplifies the spirit of AAUW’s Gateway to Equity Award.
Presenting the award is Kelly Spasic, Public Policy Co-Chair.
