Subject: Mandatory Parent Meeting – Final Day of Camp Monday October 27th
Dear Parents,
As we wrap up our Basketball Camp and Evaluations, we will be holding a mandatory parent meeting for at least one parent or guardian to attend. This meeting will take place on the final day of camp, and the location will be announced once we confirm gym availability (volleyball scheduling is currently being finalized).
Our players have worked extremely hard, and we appreciate the effort and dedication from both the athletes and families. As with everything we do, we take this process seriously and have devoted significant time and attention to keeping it fair and focused on helping each student-athlete grow and develop.
Please plan to attend the meeting at your child’s designated time:
3rd–4th Grade Parents: 6:30 PM
5th Grade Parents: 7:30 PM
6th Grade Parents: 8:30 PM
Each grade level will have its own structure this season, based on the number of players in that group. We look forward to sharing important details about team placement, expectations, and the season ahead.
We will update everyone as soon as the gym location is confirmed.

Due to the tremendous success of the volleyball team, the gym is not available tomorrow evening. Therefore, all youth camp is canceled Tuesday 10/21. We have added Monday 10/27 as the make up date for the camp. Times will remain the same. Those that did not receive their jersey, fear not we know the kids, they are ordered and will be given as soon as I receive them. Thank you for your patience. Go Cards!

Dear Families,

There will be no basketball tonight due to gym availability. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

We will be back at it tomorrow with a few time adjustments due to gym space and numbers:

3rd–4th Grade: 5:30 – 7:00 PM

5th Grade: 7:00 – 8:00 PM

6th Grade: 8:00 – 9:00 PM

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early and be ready to go at your designated time, as we will begin promptly. These times will remain in place for the remainder of the sessions. Wear your jersey to every session.

As a reminder, the remaining dates are:
October 15, 20, 21, 22, and 23.
