ALL MARKET PHOTOS AND DOCUMENTS ARE DUE WHEN ENTRIES ARE SUBMITTED. If you have animals with pending papers, submit your application to register and then these papers must be replaced by entry day. Remember: To upload documents or photos, first complete your entries. Once you are sure they are correct, submit your cart. You will be asked if you plan on following the rules...you must type YES and enter. This is when you will be prompted to complete one more step. Go down to the right hand corner and you will see upload. Click upload and you will be taken to an upload page to enter documents and photos. If you have a back up animal that you would like to donate toward a scholarship, please reach out to your committee. If approved, then you will need to complete an entry form for this animal, and upload a picture. The name should be entered as you would like it to be read during the sale. For example: Young Family, John & James Moore, etc. Let the committee know which scholarship the money will be donated towards. Also, text this information to Kimberly Moff at 330.718.0444 so a sign can be posted above the scholarship animal. We have since created an additional scholarship fund in memory of George Houk, so his scholarship should also be listed below.
