A year ago, Trevor joined us as Hero Ag’s first Farming Mentor. He’d never imagined himself a farmer, but farming had found him and worked its magic.
Over the past year, he’s helped veterans learn about farming, solve problems, and connect to resources. As he hauled dirt, built raised beds, and planted tomatoes, he also found time to serenade the cows (yes, that's him playing the keyboard in this video).
Now Trevor’s leaving us to pursue a lifelong dream of becoming an attorney. He heads to Southern University Law Center next week.
Go show them what a farmer-veteran-lawyer can do, Trevor! We’ll miss you, but we couldn't be prouder.

Michael Stephens may look all business-as-usual, but the rest of us were clapping and cheering as he put up the FINAL piece of drywall in the veterans center firewall. A big thank you to Michael Stephens and Derek Gravitt for a hard, hot day's work. And, yes, Michael Reynolds is now allowed to lift the T-square.
