We are only $124 away from fully funding the first Summer Ready milestone: a new water pump and four new troughs.

If just 5 people give $25, water is funded tonight.

That is a huge first step, but we still have more to raise. After this milestone, we’ll have $10,699 left to reach the full $14,000 Summer Ready goal, and only 4.5 days to get there.

The next needs include pasture irrigation, seed, garden irrigation, fencing repairs, chicken coop repairs, shade, fans, cooling supplies and protected storage for feed and tools.

But first, we need to finish water.

The pump can’t keep up.

Right now, it can take more than 30 minutes to fill one trough. With more than five troughs across the sanctuary, that means hours spent just trying to keep clean water where the animals need it.

We are $482 away from funding a new water pump and four new troughs.

This is one of the most urgent things we need before the heat gets worse.
