The Rotary Club of Brunswick supports the Brunswick Downtown Association’s Auction.

Bid online and don’t forget to get your tickets to the Live Event on October 22nd at the Brunswick Golf Club…

Magic on Maine: Benefit Auction is one of the BDA's most important annual fundraisers. All proceeds offset the cost of holiday lighting from downtown to Cook's Corner through the season, bringing a much-needed sense of warmth and cheer during winter in Maine, as well as year-long placemaking efforts that help make Brunswick such a welcoming place.

Two Ways to Bid:
1. Online Bidding Owl Auction | NOW - October 21st
Browse online, here on Bidding Owl, and bid on our wide variety of items, gift certificates, and experiences generously donated by local businesses and community members!

2. Live and Silent Auction Event | October 22 at Brunswick Golf Club
Our ticketed, in-person event on Thursday, October 22nd from 5:00 - 9:00 PM at Brunswick Golf Club will host our live and silent auctions featuring even more items and thoughtfully curated packages that are not available for bidding in the online auction. The BDA invites you to join us for a joyful night of drinks, food, live music, and a photobooth, in addition to the high-spirited live and silent auctions made possible by town, state, and New England businesses' generous donations.

Important Online Auction Information:
This online auction opens at 4:00 PM on Thursday, October 1st and closes at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, October 21st. Item winners from this online auction will be contacted the week of October 26th to coordinate item pick-up or shipment.
Please Note: If an item is not sold during this online auction, then the item will be moved for further bidding opportunities to the in-person, silent auction at our ticketed Magic on Maine event on Thursday, October 22nd from 5:00 - 9:00 PM at Brunswick Golf Club, which you can get your ticket to NOW at this link:

On Monday, September 21, Dave Holman of the Holman Group was our guest speaker. He told us about his plans to develop The Jay, which will replace the space where J&J Cleaners used to be, as well as the buildings to its left. It is a big project that will add new storefronts with condos above and a large parking area under the building. A lot of thought has gone into the ecological and environmental impact on downtown Brunswick. His talk was very interesting, and many members spoke up about what they thought might make it better or more appealing to residents and the town. If you get a chance to hear Dave speak, you too will find it very informative.

At most Monday Rotary meetings (not all), we have a guest speaker come in and tell us about their company, organization, event, and other things of interest. We list upcoming speakers on our website: https://brunswickmainerotary.org. Check it out and join us on a Monday to see what the Rotary Club of Brunswick is all about. If you want to be a guest at a meeting, just click on Steven Baldwin (under leadership in the right-hand column) and fill out the email form letting him know you are interested in attending.

WOW…WHAT A COUPLE OF DAYS!

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who came out to our Brunswick Rotary Yard Sale Fundraiser yesterday and today!

Big Bear says he was amazed at all the wonderful people who stopped by — from Brunswick, our surrounding communities, and even from farther away! 🐻👋

You bought, you browsed, you chatted, you laughed… and you helped us turn all those donated treasures into dollars that will go right back into supporting our local community projects.

And let’s not forget all the amazing Rotarians, volunteers, and generous people who donated their time and treasures to make this happen.

🐻 Big Bear says:
“Thank you for helping me find a new home… and for helping the Brunswick Rotary make a difference!”

We couldn’t do it without YOU!

From all of us at Brunswick Rotary — THANK YOU!

Service Above Self. 💙
