✨Welcome to the Passionate Educators Board, Dawn Allar!✨

We're excited to introduce Dawn Allar, our new Director of Communications! 🎉

Dawn grew up in Brunswick City Schools and comes from a family of educators, making education a deeply personal calling for her. With a mother in preschool education, a twin sister who transitioned from teaching to elementary principal, and a sister who teaches robotics at Polaris Career Center, education has always been a meaningful part of Dawn's life.

Serving as the Director of Community Relations for Brunswick City Schools since 2020, she brings strong expertise in developing comprehensive communications and marketing strategies. Her day-to-day work includes managing social media content creation, tracking engagement analytics, and maintaining strong media relationships across local print outlets and Cleveland television stations.

Beyond that, her deep personal alignment with the organization's mission and vision positions her well to advance the goals of Passionate Educators. We're especially excited to have her help us grow our reach and share the stories of the educators and students we're proud to support. ❤️
