Another incredible day with our Business Builders Program cohort!
Today, participants had the opportunity to discover what makes them uniquely successful through the CliftonStrengths® assessment, facilitated by Judy Bodenhamer of The Client Experience Group.
The CliftonStrengths assessment helps individuals identify their natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving—the talents that can be developed into powerful strengths. By understanding and leveraging their top strengths, business owners can become more effective leaders, make better decisions, build stronger teams, and maximize their potential for success.
Our cohort members gained valuable insight into how they lead, communicate, solve problems, and drive results within their businesses. Understanding these strengths not only helps them grow as professionals but also provides a roadmap for building stronger, more sustainable businesses.
