It's that time of year when we look for new volunteers to get involved. There will be three trustee positions that will need to be filled in January. If you are interested or have any questions, please contact any current board member.
If you have a new neighbor, please send the address to any board member so we can contact them to make sure they have all the association information. Thank You

There is a proposal out to turn the old horse farm across from us on S Carpenter into a residential development. Nick Hanek has been in contact with me and a few others in the development about our concerns. We are trying to arrange a meeting with him. You should have received a letter and blue print copy from the city. Get in touch with your street captains about your questions. This impacts everyone. Anything from flooding to noise or traffic.

Quick update on a few things...
The pool repairs are still going on! 💦 I know that everyone is waiting to hear when/if we will be opening the pool, As of right now we are still not sure. We should know more next week.

We sent out a reminder about the assignments being due June 1st. 💰 There are still 40 homeowners who have not paid. Please get your payment is as soon as possible or contact us for any concerns.

Summer is here and it is great to see everyone out walking and working in the yards. Please remember to watch out for the children 🚴‍♀️ and pick up after your pets 🐕‍🦺 when you are out walking. 😁

2020 Assessment fee due date has been pushed back to June 1st!
