Driven by multi-billion dollar investments, the area is undergoing a massive transformation from suburbs to an urban hub. However, for people like Florida farmer Michael Nutt, the suburbs of Wesley Chapel are where they call home.🏡

"It's very, to me, I use the word sad. We're the only ranch left in this area, so that's our main goal is to try and keep the place in tact," Nutt said.
