The Torch The Torch...Free is how we roll. Serving free meals from a food truck across Michigan & expanding to California.

We exist to offer a wide variety of 100% FREE services to the people of Michigan. Some of the services provided by The Torch are: weekly hot meals, tutoring for grades K-12, haircuts, children and teen leadership training programs, and mentoring.

As the sun sets on summer, I am feeling so very grateful for the people we got to serve. When we started visiting neighborhoods with the truck 12 years ago, I would never have pictured where we are at now. But, I know God did. I’m just thankful He could use me when I didn’t actually believe He could.

Happy Friday, Folks! I hope whatever you have happening today, it's good, or at least it goes the best that it can. Sometimes, that's a gift itself. I had a few of those times in the past couple of weeks, and am grateful they worked out the best they possibly could. Life is like that sometimes.
