Formed in 2014, the United Advocacy Group is designed to improve the lives of families in southern New Jersey.

UAG seeks to empower individuals to achieve their goals and equip them to reach their full potential through holistic one-on-one advocacy. At the United Advocacy Group (UAG), we work hand-in-hand with families to realize their full potential and lead fulfilling, productive lives. Since inception, UAG has empowered thousands of families to achieve their dreams and establish stability in all areas of life. Through free, personal and confidential sessions with a trained Family Advocate, families develop a clear plan to accomplish their goals and are linked with the tools, resources and opportunities necessary to complete their plans. UAG values collaboration and partners with a network of nonprofits and local service sites to maximize our effectiveness. Each partner contributes their own expertise to address the needs of the entire family at once.

We had an amazing day at our annual Together for Change networking event yesterday! Twenty South Jersey nonprofits came to share what they do in our community, and many more came to connect and make new contacts. We heard from an amazing speaker, Mark Lamar from Rutgers University School of Social Work. He spoke about his experience in successfully creating and working with a multi-organization nonprofit collaboration. We also recognized Center For Family Services SERV project and Senator Walter Rand Institute for Public Affairs for their collaboration with UAG and the impact they have made on our South Jersey community. Of course, we also enjoyed lunch and a coffee bar! Thanks to everyone who participated. If you missed it, mark your calendar to join us October 2027!

We had such a fun day last Sunday at the Bridgeton Art Block Party sponsored by Bridgeton UEZ and Gallery 50, Inc.. Lots of our neighbors came by to make sand art with us!
