Bridgeport Youth Baseball - 8U LEAGUE UPDATE

We want to keep everyone informed as we prepare for the 2026 season. Right now, we only have enough players registered for two 8U teams. To keep the season fun and avoid those teams playing each other over and over, we feel it would be best to join the league with our neighboring towns, like we did last year with 10U and 13U.

This would mean 8U games at Lanterman Park and Oblong (furthest we would travel). Last year, our 10U and 13U players really enjoyed the opportunity to play against kids from other towns, and we believe this could be a great experience for our 8U players too. We were also very successful in this league last year.

Our goal is to create the best experience possible for the kids with more variety, more opportunities to play, and a fun season for everyone.

We are still working out the details and will share more information as soon as everything is finalized.
