The ILFFE story
WHO WE ARE
We are a 501(c)(4) not-for-profit Social Welfare Group originated out of Southeastern Illinois who advocate and support children and families of separation/divorce by encouraging loving relationships between the child and both parents. We are advocates for for Equality in Family/Divorce Laws and we are supporters of equal/shared parenting time. Our main focus is to get our proposed bill of rebuttable presumptive 50/50 shared custody to be passed and put into law in Illinois.
WHAT WE DO
We Advocate, educate, and support children and families. We educate and engage Parents and lawmakers on current social science research supporting equality in child/family court law.
