ISO: Farmers Market Vendors. Comment below if you plan to attend the Carmi Farmers Market June 16th.

With generous support, we’ve distributed $500 to Grayville and Carmi students to encourage them to shop at local farmers markets. Now we’re looking for FOOD vendors to help meet that demand in Carmi especially those offering fresh vegetables (tomatoes in particular), pasta, bread, baked goods, jams, herbs and spices, coffee, sauces, mushrooms, and plants.

This is a great opportunity to help young shoppers learn how to spend intentionally and support local producers.

We will BEE there June 16th to bring traffic into the market. Will you BEE there too?

Last week we only had 5 vendors and NO PRODUCE vendors were present. However, Carmi consistently has the highest engagement on Facebook, which shows the customer interest is there. 🌟💰💲 When vendors show up, customers show up; the opportunity is real.

In addition, nearly $2,000 in SNAP/LINK match coupons are circulating throughout the region. The customers are actively looking 👀 for vendors to spend them with.
