Our Mission is lifting individuals and families up and out of the poverty cycle through our three pillars - Collaboration, Coordination and Care.

Since 2022, Manatee County in Florida was the first community to implement the Hope Pathways Model.

We were proud to attend the grand opening celebration of One Stop Housing’s newest workforce housing community!

This development brings 182 affordable apartments to the region, with 100% of units serving households earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Projects like this are vital to ensuring that working individuals and families have access to safe, stable, and affordable housing.

Events like these remind us what can happen when nonprofits, local leaders, businesses, and community organizations come together around a shared mission.

Hope Pathways is grateful to partner with organizations like One Stop Housing and First 1000 Days Suncoast that are working every day to strengthen our communities and create opportunities for families to thrive.

We are honored to share that Hope Pathways has received a Community Partnership Award from the American Red Cross, recognizing our role in connecting resources, empowering communities, and supporting efforts to alleviate suffering and build lasting resilience.

A special thank you to the American Red Cross for this meaningful recognition and for the incredible work they do every day to serve those in need.

We are also grateful to our Construction Manager, Dino Medina, who attended the event and proudly accepted the award on behalf of Hope Pathways.

Today at our Hope Pathways Long-Term Recovery Group Meeting held at Goodwill Manasota'scorporate headquarters, we were reminded once again that recovery is strongest when we work together.

We had the opportunity to hear from Derrick Paul of One Check Away, who shared powerful insights into financial vulnerability and the realities many families face when navigating crisis. His perspective reinforced why coordinated, compassionate systems of support are so critical in long-term recovery.

We also valued the opportunity to network and strengthen relationships with partners from Endeavors and FEMA Federal Emergency Management Agency. Collaboration across agencies ensures disaster survivors are not navigating recovery alone.

It was wonderful to partner with Florida VOAD -Voluntary Organizations Active in Disasterto provide DCM training to Endeavors DCM. We were also delighted to partner with Bridge a Life to provide Resiliency Training, and we enjoyed attending the Rebuilding Together Greater Florida's Ribbon Cutting Ceremony!

We also attended the United Church of Christ roundtable and look forward to finding ways to support survivors in Manatee County, Florida.

Hope Pathways is grateful to partner with Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay to serve our community through our recent Community Clinic! 🛠️💚
This special day was all about connection, support, and hope, bringing together volunteers, resources, and neighbors to help homeowners take the next step toward safe and stable living conditions. From home repair guidance to hands-on assistance, lives were impacted and hearts were encouraged.
We are so thankful for partnerships like this that allow us to walk alongside families on their journey to restoration. Together, we are rebuilding homes and restoring hope, one neighbor at a time.

What an incredible moment for Hope Pathways as we joined hands with World Renew to celebrate the final nail in a home built with love, dedication, and community spirit. 🏡❤️
This project wasn’t just about construction it was about transformation. Through teamwork, friendly competition, and a shared mission, lives are being changed and hope is being restored one home at a time.
We are so grateful for our amazing partners at World Renew and everyone who poured their time, energy, and heart into making this home a reality. 💚
