✨ Giving isn’t a requirement to check off a list; it’s an invitation to align the resources God gave us with the ministries that break or build our hearts.

Paul reminds us in 2 Corinthians 9:7: “Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”

True generosity happens when our resources meet our deep convictions. When we invest in what genuinely compels us, giving stops feeling like an obligation and starts feeling like a privilege.

If you feel a calling to align your resources with reaching children with the Gospel, consider becoming a Kingdom Partner with CEF Manasota. Your cheerful giving directly impacts the next generation for Christ!

“My daughter LOVES Good News Club. This is her second year. She comes home every Thursday and tells me all about her new learnings. She has become a more well-rounded child since starting Good News club and hearing/learning the word of God.” - GNC Parent

We love hearing how Good News Club is making a difference in the lives of children! ❤️. Stories like this remind us why reaching children with the Good News matters.

Thank you to the volunteers, churches, and supporters who make these clubs possible!

Happy Tuesday, all!

“Teach them to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.” — Deuteronomy 11:19

What an incredible responsibility—and privilege—we have to invest in the next generation. Through Good News Clubs, caring volunteers and faithful church partners, we are helping children learn God’s Word and grow in their faith.

Want to make a difference in a child’s life? Become a CEF Manasota volunteer! Whether you can teach, help in a classroom, pray, or serve behind the scenes, there’s a place for you.

Give us a shout to learn how you can get involved and help us reach children with the Gospel. ❤️ (941) 218-1808 or [email protected].

New on the CEF Manasota Blog!

Beyond the Backpack 🎒❤️

A new school year is underway, and while kids are carrying backpacks filled with books and supplies, many are also carrying things that don’t fit inside a backpack.

At CEF Manasota, we believe every child deserves to hear about the hope, joy, and love of Jesus. Through our Good News Clubs, local volunteers are bringing that hope right into our community’s public schools.

Read our newest blog post, “Beyond the Backpack,” to learn more about what’s happening this fall and how you can be part of reaching children across Manatee and Sarasota counties.
