Upcoming events, current projects, and ways to get involved.

6:30–7:30 PM – Bothell Police Department Presentation
Detective Sergeant Erik Martin will discuss common threats facing children and teens related to sexual predation and exploitation, both online and in the real world.

Topics will include common offender behaviors, how potential victims may be approached or isolated, warning signs for families, and ways parents and caregivers can help protect their children.

Detective Sergeant Martin brings 26 years of law enforcement experience, including undercover child exploitation investigations.

7:30–8:00 PM – Questions & Discussion

⚠️ TOPIC NOTICE FOR PARENTS & CAREGIVERS
This presentation will discuss sexual predation, child exploitation, online grooming, and other safety concerns involving children and teens. Some content may be sensitive or difficult to hear. This presentation is intended for parents and caregivers.

SCHOOL PICTURE MAKEUP/RETAKE DAY: Monday, October 19th during student school lunches

Here are a few things to note:

Students who have not had their pictures taken will be called down to the aux gym the last part of the class before their lunch. They will be given a student ID card
Students wanting retakes will have the opportunity during their lunch period
Students wanting retakes will not be issued a new student ID card. They will receive new pictures and the new picture will be used in the yearbook

Students wanting retakes will need to bring their original picture packets back. If digital pictures were ordered, please have your student let the photographer know at the time of the retakes
Paper order forms are available in the main office

You can also order pictures online by visiting mydorian.com and searching for our school’s name. Your online order can be placed now or up to four (4) days after picture day

Even if you are not planning on purchasing pictures, we ask that your student get their picture taken - this way they will be included in the yearbook and we have an updated photo on file for security purposes

This is the final opportunity to have Dorian Studio take your student's picture for the 2026-27 school year

Now is the time to register for 2nd Season Sports: Boys Basketball

6th, 7th, and 8th grade boys interested in playing basketball must register in Finalforms.

In order to participate in after school try-outs and practices, every student athlete needs to have a completed registration - this includes a sports physical, parent signatures, and student signatures

The final day to register for basketball and have the completed sports physical submitted is November 2nd by 12:00pm – NO exceptions.

Both teams are cut sports. Try-outs start the first day of practice.
