The secret it out! What a race!

Thanks to all of our pilots that came out to fly with us for our "Top Secret" race!

We quietly planned a race in the power poles and were able to execute without jeopardizing the sanctity of the mission! Great job goes out to everyone!

We all competed on the same competitive level and ran a double elimination bracket with all pilots in attendance! It turned out to be a really great time! Scorcher won the chase-the-ace finals with 2 back-to-back aces, and sent us all home a lil early!

Below we have posted the results and all the photos taken throughout the day. We hope you enjoy!

Our next race is a whoop race, in 2 weeks! get excited!

THE CHAMPS HAVE BEEN CROWNED!

The 5th annual Summer Series here at KCMR has concluded, and the 2025 Champions have been decided!

PRO class, Kalli "KalliFPV" Ames
SPORT class, Blake "BlockFPV" Shermer
NOVICE class, Tyson "LMD" Ledford

Congrats to all other winners from this event! All of the pics and data you could ever need are posted below, so make sure you check it out!

We want to give a huge shoutout to all our 2025 KCMR members, as well as all of the pilots and spectators that came out. Thank you all for contributing to the best FPV community in the world! We cant do it without you!

We especially want to give a huge shoutout to our 2025 sponsors ARMATTAN, FIVE33, MULTIGP and The National Agricultural Center & Hall of Fame for helping us with our season. Check 'em out online!

All of you pilots have been working hard this summer and it shows! The battles on the track kept everyone guessing and on the edge of their seats! Let's break it down.

This track was one designed with the idea of using everything we own as a club, essentially clearing out the entire trailer. 11 gates, 9 flags, 2 hurdles, 2 dive towers, and a billion cones! But it sure made for an epic track with neck and neck racing at every turn!

We ended up having SUPERB weather and under the Midwest sunshine, we filled every moment with intense racing excitement!

Novice class only had one lone pilot in attendance, so LMD has only one option, and that was to take home the 1st place trophy! He was challenged by the finals track in qualifying, but managed to successfully finish 3 clean laps by the end of finals! Keep it up!

Sports class consisted of 8 pilots ready to throw it all down on the track to take home the maximum points possible. After 8 rounds of qualifying, with leader board changes every other round, we found our Top Qualifier, BLOCKFPV. He was joined in the A mains by CapnPit and fixit, and they began their Chase-the-Ace rounds. BLOCKFPV was not letting anyone take home an ace this race, and he proved it by securing back-to-back aces and finishing 1st in the Sport Class

Pro class brought 7 pilots together to fight for their points and prizes. Not one of them proved to be as slow as KingFPV at this race, so that's always a positive to take home after race day! Our Top Qualifier, after 8 rounds, ended up being KalliFPV. She was joined in the A mains by Scorcher, as well as her papa, Shames! After 3 rounds, we had 2 ace holders. Shames winning his ace in round 2, but KalliFPV ending up getting the 2 aces she needed to take home 1st place in pro class.

After the podium prizes were given out and summer series points were awarded, we had to give a special prize away. Thanks to our friends out at MultiGP Drone Racing we were able to give away TWO official MultiGP ProSpec 7" frames. We couldn't have thought of anyone more deserving than our top scoring pilots over our 2025 Summer Series. Congrats is in order to fixit with 50 points this season, and Scorcher with 55 points this season.

We then moved on to the finale. the 2025 KCMR Summer Series Championship Chase-the-Ace Showcase. These final heats were for ALL of the marbles, with only 1 pilot taking home the Champion's Trophy for each class.

LMD finished out strong with his 3 clean laps and has been crowned the 2025 KCMR Novice Class Champion!

BLOCKFPV took the club by storm this year, and after some fierce competition from the other 5 sport class pilots in that format, BLOCKFPV has been crowned the 2025 KCMR Sport Class Champion!

KalliFPV has a lot of accolades on her scorecard, but after this event, you can add "KCMR Pro Class Champion" to that list! After Back-to-back finals ACES, she has been crowned the 2025 KCMR Pro Class Champion!

KCMR would love to thank all of our pilots involved in this series, and in the club. It means a lot to us to see all of your smiling faces at our events. This has really been a season to remember, filled with many many new faces, and its not over yet! We have more racing to come this year so make sure to get your gear ready, and we will see you out there in 3 weeks!

Another GREAT Summer Series race in the books! Thanks to all of the pilots who came out to fly with us!

Such a better day for racing than last event, no rain, and no wind?! Cant beat it!

We want to give a huge shoutout to all our 2025 KCMR members, as well as all of the pilots and spectators that came out. Thank you all for contributing to the best FPV community in the world! We cant do it without you!

We especially want to give a huge shoutout to our 2025 sponsors ARMATTAN, FIVE33, and The National Agricultural Center & Hall of Fame for helping us with our season. Check 'em out online!

We ran a standard Summer Series race. Running a single round of practice with all 13 pilots, before locking in and running 10 rounds of qualifying. We followed it up by running a Heads-Up, 1v1, double elimination bracket, with Chase-the-Ace battles for Sport and Pro class finals!

Unfortunately, We didn't have any pilots sign up for Novice Class pilots at this event, so more trophies for next race!

Sport class showed up ready to go! Many of the sports class pilots are running their first ever summer series here in KC, and we can really see them improving every race! The usual suspects of Excavator and fixit we present in the finals, and excavator actually won the consolation bracket to regain the ranks and race BLOCKFPV in the finals. However, BLOCKFPV was on fire all day, if the "Ironman" rule was engaged, then this race would've ended a lot earlier because he had won every bracket race up to the finals! But we made 'em prove it in Chase-The-Ace, and BLOCKFPV took home 1st place after 2 back-to-back aces!

Pro Class didn't disappoint either, and with only 5 pilots in attendance, they still made quite the show out of finals! Scorcher was our TQ and would've also ended it early if the "Ironman" rule was engaged, but we gave Tyger and Wheelman a chance anyways. Turns out Scorcher shut 'em down with 2 back-to-back aces to take home 1st place in Pro class! Don't count out Wheelman though, he finished on the podium in 3rd place, for his FIRSE EVER Pro class podium in Kansas City! Heck yeah!

Points have been added up and are posted below! Check out the results and all of the photos below too.

KCMR will be back in 3 weeks! Summer Series #4 + FINALS is up next! Come join us, we will see you out there! ✌️😎
