Today the Bolivar Elks family said our final goodbyes to one of charter members. Jack Crozier crafted the framework that we as Elk’s still cherish today. Charity,Justice,Brotherly Love & Fidelity was something Jack took to heart and we at The Bolivar Elks will carry into the future in Jacks honor. We want to extend our condolences to the Crozier family, you lost a loved one and The Elks lost a Brother.
