Tomorrow's the big day!

Just a friendly reminder that traffic will be closed on some downtown streets at 5 p.m. tomorrow, Saturday, Oct. 31, for trick-or-treating on the square.

East Broadway Street will remain open.

Also, please remember to watch for families and children who are out and about as you're driving through town.

The square will be booootiful on October 31st! Businesses on and around square will be handing out treats! The City of Bolivar will be closing the streets on three sides of the square - Main - Jackson and Springfield around 5pm. Watch for detours. First Baptist Church has a trunk or treat, the Kiwanis will be hosting a costume contest at the Gazebo and Center Stage Dance Studio is hosting their ever popular Haunted House. B-Town is going to be on the map this Saturday the 12th. There's a lot of fun happening all over town. The main event happens on the square and streets will be diverted for all to enjoy the fun. If you are coming into the car show the registration entrance will be on S Main at the county parking lot. Approach is from the south. Let's all have a safe and happy day! Sunday we go back to our regularly scheduled life!

Spring has sprung which means it's time to sign up for a booth space at County Days! Sign ups begin this Friday and Saturday (April 17 & 18) Applications will be taken every Friday & Saturday 10am-2pm until we are sold out. Location for booth sign up is the Genealogy Library on the southeast corner of the square.

Cash or Check only! Non Profit $40, For Profit $45, for electric add $5 (very limited) Food is $75. Spaces are 10x10.

Contact us if you would like to be a sponsor or volunteer at "Polk County’s biggest little party." The event this year is Sept 12th - Hours are 9-4 located on the historic Bolivar Square! Share away so no one misses out!!
