Great leaders inspire great teams—and Bud Compher leads by example. As CEO of NeighborWorks® Boise, he’s the kind of leader who rolls up his sleeves, works alongside his team, and leads with purpose.

Thank you, Bud, for showing us what leadership looks like and inspiring us to make a difference in our community! 💙

What an unforgettable experience for our youth! ⚽❤️

Twelve young people supported by NeighborWorks® Boise’s Resident Services program enjoyed an Athletic Club Boise soccer game, with a special highlight: walking onto the field with the players for the National Anthem!

A huge thank you to Joel, Gates of Hope and Coach Jeff, Soccer Shots Boise, for helping make this experience possible! We’re grateful for community partners who show up for our youth and create opportunities for connection, fun, and lasting memories. 🙌

As students head back to school, we’re reminded that a safe, stable home can make a meaningful difference in a child’s ability to learn and succeed. Stable housing can support better attendance, improve overall well-being, reduce stress and help students stay focused on school.

We’re grateful to the Columbia Bank Community Impact Fund for investing in stable housing for low- to moderate-income families in the Boise metro area.

Their support helps local families access safe, decent and affordable housing, creating greater opportunities for children and youth to thrive and helping our communities grow stronger. ❤️

Thank you, Columbia Bank, for investing in stronger homes, families and communities!

One yard. A few hours. A whole lot of leaves. And the best part? A neighbor gets to head into winter with one less thing to worry about. Spread the word to someone you know who could use a little extra help with their yard this fall. Eligible residents and volunteers can register at rakeupboise.org.
