New Possibilities Resource & Recovery Drop-in Center New Possibilities Drop-in Center Program is sponsored by Columbia-Montour Companions of Hope. Located at 260 E. 7 St. in Bloomsburg.

The program is for all persons interested in supporting the reduction of Substance Abuse in our community. Our mission is to reduce the number of overdose deaths in Columbia County by providing a centralized resource center to educate and assist individuals and families that suffer with substance abuse. We are open every Monday thru Friday from 12 to 4 pm. We are thankful for our partners from CMS

U Behavior Health: Recovery Community Services Program, Gaudenzia & United In Recovery for providing the Certified Recovery Specialist. We are excited to host Gaudenzia MAT RV the last Monday of each month from 12 to 3:30!
