SAL Raffle Information and Rules (SGC #463)

All raffles conducted by the Sons of the American Legion, Squadron 273 will be done in accordance with the PA Small Games of Chance Act regulations and laws. These regulations are available at:

All raffle drawings will be conducted by live stream and posted on theSons of the American Legion, S

quadron 273 page. Raffle drawings will be completed when all raffle chances are sold and/or at the time announced by the Sons of the American Legion, Squadron 273. The date, time, and location of the raffle drawings will be posted on the Sons of the American Legion, Squadron 273 page. Chances may be purchased through the link(s) posted on our page. Chances may not be purchased with a credit card. Visa or Mastercard debit cards will only be accepted. Your emailed receipt will serve as your raffle chance and proof of purchase. Chances may only be purchased by Pennsylvania residents. Out of state purchases will be refunded at our earliest convenience. Firearm prizes must be claimed at Maple Ridge Sports Center. Firearm winners are subject to a background check. Failure to pass a background check will result in forfeiture of the prize. All other prizes may be picked up at the American Legion Post 273 located at 110 Juniper St, Bloomsburg, PA 17815. Gift certificates and checks for cash winners can be mailed due to COVID restrictions. All proceeds benefit the Sons of the American Legion, Squadron 273, Our Veterans, their families and the community as a whole.

The $70 tax deductible sponsorship covers signage to advertise your buisiness. This event raises funds supporting the annual scholarships we present to two students from each of our local schools.
