🚩 Think before you click!

Thank you to John Woodall for speaking to Bloomington-Normal THRIVE Rotary about recognizing threats in our emails and texts.

John covered phishing, link traps, social engineering, and “ClickFix” attacks—sharing how scammers try to trick us into clicking links, sharing information, or following instructions disguised as a quick fix.

One key takeaway: Always independently verify requests to change banking or credit card information before taking action.

Thank you, John, for helping us recognize the red flags and protect ourselves and our businesses! 💙💛

What a great morning of service! 💙🙌

Six members of the Bloomington-Normal THRIVE Rotary Club spent the morning volunteering with Midwest Food Bank, and we had an absolute blast giving back alongside an incredible group of volunteers!

From 8:30–11:30 a.m., the team worked together packing food and loading vehicles that will help serve 18 organizations throughout Illinois. It was amazing to see firsthand how just a few hours of teamwork can help make such a big impact across our communities.

A huge thank you to Midwest Food Bank for the important work they do every day and for giving us the opportunity to be a small part of it.

At THRIVE Rotary, this is what it's all about — service, community, and having a great time while making a difference!
