Last year, we launched the Alabama Digital Education Network (ADEN) in partnership with Alabama, Apple, Alabama Power, and Alabama State University.

This first-of-its-kind initiative is empowering communities through digital education and workforce development.

Starting in Montgomery and the Black Belt, adult learners are gaining access to technology training, coding education, and workforce-ready skills through the Apple Foundation Program—all powered by Alabama Power’s fiber network.

This is the largest digital equity effort in Alabama’s history, and Alabama Power’s existing fiber infrastructure is helping make it possible.

We're proud to support this expansion of opportunity, access, and digital skills across the state of Alabama.
