🟡 West: 4:00–5:00 PM

Flag Parents! 🏈

I’m almost finished putting all of the flag teams together! I still have to get everything entered into NFL FLAG and make sure all the team information is ready to go.

I’m still looking for a few coaches. I’ve emailed the teams that I’m currently looking for coaches for, so please check your email if you haven’t already.

If you did not receive an email, that means I should already have a coach lined up for your team.

I’m hoping to have the remaining coaches filled by Thursday or Friday and have all the teams finalized shortly after.

🏈 FLAG FOOTBALL UPDATE 🏈

I’ve had a lot of questions about flag, so here’s a quick update!

I’m putting the flag teams together this week and am hoping to have everything finalized after tackle gear checkout. I’m planning to have flag information out Tuesday or Wednesday.

I’ll be reaching out to the coaches who signed up and may need a few additional coaches. If you’re playing flag and are interested in coaching, please reach out!

Once coaches are assigned, they will determine practice days, times, and locations. Practices are scheduled to start around August 26.

🏈 Games will start Saturday, September 12, and will be played Saturday mornings.

TACKLE ONLY

It’s almost time! The D1 Combine is coming up on August 21st, and this is your chance to get out there, compete, and show your coaches what you can do! 💪

📍 LOCATION: The YYF Shed behind the mall

📅 COMBINE SCHEDULE:

🟡 WEST: 4:00 PM — Check-in at 3:30 PM
🟠 CENTRAL: 5:00 PM — Check-in at 4:30 PM
🔵 NORTH: 6:00 PM — Check-in at 5:30 PM

The Combine counts as a practice, so come ready to work, compete, and have some fun! 🏆

Can’t make the Combine? No problem — you will still be placed on a team, but you will be a blind pick at the end of the draft.

We highly encourage EVERYONE to be there! This is a great opportunity to compete, get noticed, and kick off the season with your teammates. 🔥

Gear check is happening this week at the YYF Shed!

📅 Thursday, August 13
• Jr. Division: 4:00–7:45 PM

📅 Friday, August 14
• Sophomore Division: 4:00–7:45 PM

📅 Saturday, August 15
• Freshman Division: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

Players will be fitted and checked out for their helmet, shoulder pads, and pants.

📧 We are also sending this information out by email. Please come during your scheduled division’s time slot. We ask that you do not come during another division’s time, as we may have to ask you to come back when it is your division’s turn.
