Pack 3 is a diverse group of children and adults from many different backgrounds. Our doors are open for anyone who wants to join. We are part of the Black Otter District which serves Yellowstone, Big Horn, Carbon, Stillwater, Golden Valley, Musselshell and Treasure counties. Our meetings are filled with laughter and fun, but we always ensure the children leave with a new piece of knowledge. Cub S
couting’s values are embedded in the Scout Oath, the Scout Law, the Cub Scout motto, and the Cub Scout sign, handshake, and salute. These practices help establish and reinforce the program’s values in Scouts and the leaders who guide them. If you are new to the Pack 3 or are looking to join, keep reading for some helpful information. Cub Scouting is fun for the whole family. In Scouting, boys and girls start with their best right now selves and grow into their very best future selves. It’s fun, hands-on learning and achievement that puts kids in the middle of the action and prepares them for today – and for life. Den and Pack Meetings
In den meetings and pack meetings, Cub Scouts make new friends, play purposeful games, and learn new things. Pack 3 meets twice a month on Sunday afternoons. All the dens in the pack come together once a month for a pack meeting. Camping and Outdoor Adventures
Our Scout families have opportunities to go camping and to participate in outdoor adventures. Lessons learned in the out-of- doors help to develop a life-long respect for the environment. Special Pack Events
Pack 3 puts together special events and activities such as our annual Blue & Gold banquet, Pinewood Derby race, Nerf Gun battle, and community service projects. Other Events
Several packs may be invited to attend other special events such as a large community service project or Scout Show. These events are coordinated by a local council or district. Billings Pack 3 - BSA
