Tonight, the Big Bear City Community Services District Board met to discuss one of the most important issues facing our mountain communities: the future of fire protection and emergency medical services throughout the Big Bear Valley.
With significant changes being considered regarding how fire and emergency response services may be provided in the future, residents, community leaders, and public officials gathered to hear information, ask questions, and discuss the options that could shape public safety for years to come.
Big Bear Television was there to bring you the entire discussion, unedited and in its entirety, so you can hear directly from the decision-makers and form your own opinions.
Keep in mind in 2026, there are three board positions opening. We need new blood on the board. If you are able, please consider running to make a difference in our community.
