⭐Harborlight Homes’ Senior Project Manager, Pat Connolly, was invited by GPI to present at the Southern New England Planning Association (SNEAPA) Conference at Foxwoods on how collaboration via public-private partnership is advancing Windward Crossing, Rowley.

Pat highlighted the partnership between Harborlight Homes, GPI / Greenman-Pedersen, Inc., and the Town of Rowley to utilize a HousingWorks grant to fund the traffic signal and intersection improvements needed to support the development.

The result: 25 affordable homes, with these necessary infrastructure improvements, funded without additional non-housing costs to Harborlight Homes or the Town of Rowley.🏠

It’s a great example of what’s possible when municipalities, nonprofits, and partners work together to create more housing opportunities in our communities.💙
