📣Lead(h)er is looking for new Board Members!🔥

As we celebrate 10 years of mentorship, connection, and impact, we're looking ahead to the next chapter of Lead(h)er. Our Board of Directors is now accepting applications for individuals interested in serving a two-year term from January 2027 through December 2028.

Lead(h)er has a working board of directors, meaning our board members are actively engaged in moving our mission forward through monthly board meetings/engagement. We are especially seeking individuals who can bring expertise in:

💰 Budgeting & accounting
🔥 Fundraising & resource development

What does serving on the Lead(h)er Board look like?

✨ A two-year commitment, January 2027 through December 2028
📅 Monthly in-person board meetings: 3rd Thursday @ noon
🤝 Active participation in advancing Lead(h)'er's mission
💡 Bringing your expertise, ideas, and community connections to the table
🔥 Helping shape the future of mentorship for women across the Quad Cities

We're looking for engaged, community-minded leaders who are passionate about Lead(h)er's mission and excited to help guide the organization into its next decade. If you're ready to bring your expertise, perspective, and passion to Lead(h)er, we'd love to hear from you!
