Have you read the book Mastering Fear by Robert Maurer PHD?
If you represent a Jail, Prison, Treatment Center or Juvenile Center and would like this book for your facility reach out and lets see what we can do to get them donated. If you are an individual wanting to read this books they are also available on Amazon. Did I mention there is a Letter Contest on this book as well. Visit https://www.worldbookbank.org/best-letter-to-the-author-contest for more information.

There are a lot of good takeaways from this book. The big one that he mentions in the book is that Stress doesn't exist, it is FEAR. If you are "stressed" about something there is most likely a fear behind it. Be it Fear of rejection, failure, of not being valued or enough, of not being loved, of being seen as weak or worthless. How do you address this fear and who can you talk to who can help you with this fear? Be it a loved one, a close friend or a professional, talk to someone who can be objective and will not just tell you what you want to hear. Reframing is KEY.
