Why Join a MC?
We’ve all seen the look from people outside the culture. They see a pack of motorcycles taking up the highway, the thunder of a dozen V-twins rattling the windows, the flash of denim and leather, and they wonder, “What’s the point?”
If you have to ask, you probably wouldn't understand any level of explanation. But for those standing on the edge, looking in and wondering if this life is for them, here is the truth about why we fly a Patch.
The Love of the Ride
It starts with the machine. It’s the obsession with chrome, steel, and the open road. Anyone can buy a motorcycle, but an MC is for the guys who don't just ride to get from point A to point B. We ride because the pavement is where the noise of the world quiets down. There is a specific kind of freedom that only comes when you're twisting a throttle, miles away from your problems, with nothing but the wind in your face and the road ahead.
A group of like-minded men.
But the motorcycle is just the entry ticket. The real reason you join a Club is the men riding to the left and right of you. In a world that often feels disconnected and superficial, an MC offers something rare: real, unfiltered brotherhood.
This isn't a social hour; it’s a family. It’s being surrounded by solid, like-minded men who share your values, your grit, and your loyalty. These are the Brothers who don’t just show up for the good times, they are the ones who pick up the phone at 3:00 AM when your motorcycle is broken down on the side of a dark highway, or when life throws a punch you didn't see coming. In a Club, you have a circle of men dedicated to building you up, holding you accountable, and having your back through thick and thin.
To Need, and To Be Needed
Then there is the other side of the coin, the most complex piece of the puzzle. Every man has an inherent desire to be a part of something bigger than himself. We crave structure, purpose, and a collective mission.
Joining a MC means stepping into a legacy. It means contributing your strength to the Patch, knowing that the Club is stronger because you’re in it, and you're stronger because of the Club. It satisfies that deep-seated human need to need, and to be needed. Your Brothers rely on your word, your loyalty, and your presence. You aren't just a face in a crowd; you are a vital link in a formidable chain.
Fear City Firing Squad MC isn't just a name on a vest. It’s a commitment to the road, a dedication to the Brother next to you, and a promise that you'll never have to ride through this life alone.
If you love the ride, value loyalty above all else, and want to be part of a real Brotherhood... you already know where to find us.

We are not a new or novel concept.
However it can be a difficult subject when men allow their emotions and egos to dictate their actions.
This culture is built on respect. And we might add that the culture (like most) have outliers. This in simple terms means that perhaps certain men have infected this culture with their shortcomings and by theft.
Many have entered our world as imposters and thieves. Trying to take a spot on an otherwise righteous stage. They haven’t tried to enter through established routes, they haven’t earned, they simply “stole” like the very thing we do our due diligence to protect ourselves from.
They paid for Patches, or worse, thought this world was a means to destroy.
It’s not that in the slightest. It’s a means to empower what’s right, good and true. It’s a band of misfits, normals, hoods and “oddballs”, nerds and even some squares that found a place where they are accepted and respected by men that understand that cookie cutter Americana isn’t the same for everyone.
Freedom, accountability, honor and dignity. And how about acceptance?
These people that water our lifestyle down by sporting patches that weren’t earned, weren’t stitched with the threads of miles, knowledge, traditions and the adherence to a code. A code that was never written. A code that was proven by men willing and able to take the cause of righteousness and become part of a coast to coast legacy.
So please, don’t listen to the media, don’t listen to your cousins friend. Don’t believe the cops. And don’t fall for the fake and false face of those that have stolen and robbed.
They ARE NOT us!
The Clubs you know, they are the solid men that support the community. That takes care of their neighbors even when it’s inconvenient. And most of all, they take care of their own. We take care of our own. We always have and we always will.
F*ck the phonies. F*ck the fakes. Steer clear of these people. They mean you no good.
Motorcycle Clubs are NOT gangs.
Support your local Motorcycle Clubs.
Because whether you know it or not, they support you and your communities. Unless you suck… then f*ck you… just leave us alone.

5TH ANNUAL CANNONBALL RUN — MAY 9TH • HARLEY WORLD OKC

COME SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL COMMUNITY

This year’s run is more than miles and metal—it’s about stepping up for a local family who’s been through the unthinkable.

At just four months old, baby Calliope began showing signs that something was wrong with her vision. Her parents pushed for answers but were dismissed multiple times. By the time she finally reached an ophthalmologist, the tumor had grown so large that her eye had to be removed.

During this time, the family was told she had retinoblastoma—cancer. In February, her eye was surgically removed. After the biopsy, the family was relieved to learn the tumor was benign.

They lived months believing their baby had cancer. They made life-changing decisions under that fear. Their five older children carried that weight, too. Now, after the misdiagnosis, they’re left with medical bills, travel costs, missed work, and the emotional fallout of a nightmare no family should ever face.

They’re grateful Calliope is cancer-free, but the damage, trauma, and financial strain are real.

Fear City is stepping up.
And we’re asking the community to stand with us.

💣 Ride with purpose. Ride for Calliope. Ride for this family of eight.

Every Wednesday. Without fail.

The more you know, the more you understand.
Motorcycle Clubs, Riding Clubs, Associations, Organizations, independent riders… where does that leave you?
In truth, it doesn’t really matter. You will find where you belong. Or rather, where you fit in the best, at the time. We grow as we learn. To deprive oneself from learning is to deprive oneself of experiences, relationships, and adventures.

Most of us love motorcycles. Some ride to forget or to at least, numb some nagging issue that’s current in our life.
Some ride for camaraderie or that famous word, “Brotherhood”. So damn overused. A man can only learn its true meaning over time. Over good and bad times. Through shared hardship as well as triumph. So let’s leave that there for now.

Riding Clubs are a great way to connect and just ride. Mostly without the politics. Associations are close to the RC’s. They have a reason or a “cause” for existence. Organizations are about the same thing. There’s a defining reason for them.
Religious Clubs, Military Clubs, etcetera.
The thing is, we should all have a basic understanding of the culture and at least a mild grasp of the street scene. Unless of course you are a casual rider or “motorcycle enthusiast”. And there is zero wrong with that.

Every culture has its “pinnacle” if you will. And that’s where the 1% Clubs come in. Overall and rightly so. Without them, most would just be racers or enthusiasts… one or the other. There would be no totem pole. The 1% and the “outlaw Clubs” are different groups all together I’d not hazard to say, “worthy of respect”, as there would be no “scene” without them. The standard bearers. They started it and that’s that. They hold dear the traditions and the history.

Ah… maybe some motorcycle rights organizations, they have a place; but would they really be necessary without the standard being set by the 1%? Would there be profiling? Would there be the negative connotations of the Patch?
The unsettling reality is, that most motorcyclists have to deal with the narrative that Hollywood, periodicals and the media has sidled us with. The negative. The perceived violence. It’s hokey, man. And the cops. Don’t even get us started on the cops. Those “sworn” to serve and protect do little more than harass and intimidate.

Go out, have fun, be involved and leave the fragile egos at home. There’s so much to this world to embrace and enjoy. Don’t let those that hate dictate how you see it.
For the minivan driving dad. We don’t hate you or think low of you. The young lady that is tormented by our presence at a local hangout… you are safe around us. The little ones, the children, we are here to protect you from the monsters you were told did not exist.

At the beginning and the end of the day, support your local Motorcycle Club.
If you don’t engage, you’re missing out on a great American sub culture that doesn’t feel the same way about you as you often feel about us. Stop us,
