Day 20 of wearing other people’s T-shirts! 👕💙

Today I want to celebrate an amazing servant, my brother in Christ, and a fellow church member: Alton, the founder of Highways and Byways!

Every Friday, Alton and his beautiful wife cook together and head out to serve our friends who are unhoused. He also picks up friends who live outside and brings them to church, where they can share a hot meal and worship with us.

Alton has a heart for Jesus and a heart for people. I’m so thankful for the way he shows up for our community! 💙

Today I’m wearing AMMP Studio, and I’m so excited to tell you about my beautiful friend Anna McBroom and her partner, Mike Patterson. Two amazing humans doing great things in our community!

AMMP Studio is a collaborative architecture and interior design firm that helps bring spaces to life across Oklahoma and beyond. They care about more than how a space looks. They listen, build real relationships, and design places that serve people well.

Day 16 of wearing other people’s T-shirts! 👕💛

Today I’m so excited to wear my Better Together Recovery T-shirt!

The husband and wife behind this ministry are my dear brother and sister in Christ, and I love them so much. They have such a heart for men coming out of prison, treatment, addiction, and homelessness. Their program encourages men to keep moving forward, build a better life, and know they don’t have to do it alone.

I love serving alongside this family. They’re even raising their children to be servants! Every time we link arms, I’m reminded that we really are better together.

Steve and Anita are two of the most amazing servants I know. Their selflessness and generosity are absolutely contagious!

I truly love partnering with them. Linking arms with local businesses—and building lifelong friendships along the way—is one of the greatest blessings!

Steve literally walks around Second Chances with a measuring tape around his neck. When one of our homeless friends comes in, he personally measures them and helps them find clothing that fits—making sure they feel seen, loved, and nothing less than special.
