We will be closed to the public for the week as we host a private event. We will reopen and resume our regular business hours on Tuesday, October 27th. Thank you for your understanding as we take this time for a special occasion.

We are so grateful for each of you and the wonderful community we share. Our prayer is that your week is filled with peace, renewed strength, joy and the abundant blessings of the Lord. Thank you for your continued support and for being part of our community. We look forward to welcoming you back next week.

Our hearts are heavy as we grieve alongside the families, children, educators, first responders and all who have been impacted by this unimaginable tragedy.

There are no easy words for moments like this. So we turn to Jesus.

Lord, draw near to every hurting heart. Comfort those who are grieving. Bring peace to those who are afraid. Surround our community with Your presence.

And in the midst of this darkness, we remember: death does not have the final word.

“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” John 1:5, NLT

The darkness may feel overwhelming, but the light of Jesus cannot be overcome. His love is still present. His hope is still alive. And He is near to the brokenhearted.

“The LORD is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed.” Psalms‬ ‭34‬:‭18‬, NLT‬‬

Jesus, be our peace.
Jesus, be our comfort.
Jesus, be our hope.

Let Your light shine brightly in Bend through this tragedy.

Join us for Harvest Day at Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch!

We would love to have you join us as we wrap up our 2026 Session Season with an afternoon of family fun, hands-on learning and meaningful connection.

Due to a late frost this year, CPYR will not have a massive harvest in our orchards or root garden at this event. Instead, Harvest Day will include sewing and leatherworking, making homemade applesauce, spending time with our horses, explore a hay maze, play yard games and enjoy fall treats like caramel apples and c***r.

More than just a day of fun, Harvest Day is an opportunity to connect with families, share in conversation and prayer, and explore ways to get involved at the Ranch beyond the Session Program, including Refuge, volunteering and other ministry events.

Refuge is a time to share a meal, worship Jesus and hear a simple message of hope from God’s Word. This month, Troy will be sharing a message titled “How's Your Soul?”

We’ll be providing Chili and Sausage Soup. Please help us fill the table for everyone by bringing the following:

A–K: Green salads, fresh bread, garlic bread, cornbread or your favorite soup side.

L–Z: A fall dessert! Pumpkin cheesecake bars, apple fritters, apple & pear Crisp, spiced pumpkin roll, pumpkin cookies or your fall favorite.

We are looking forward to gathering as a Refuge family and worshipping the King of kings together.
