We’re hiring! 📣

Central Oregon Trail Alliance is growing, and we’re looking for another exceptional person to join our team.

We’re hiring a Membership Program Officer — a full-time role that will lead and grow our membership program. It’s a unique chance to combine fundraising, community building, marketing, and relationship management in service of something tangible: the trails we all love.

Working closely with our Development Director, you’ll connect people to our mission through membership campaigns, donor stewardship, community partnerships, volunteer leadership, and data-driven fundraising. We’re looking for someone organized, collaborative, curious, and excited to bring people together around a shared passion for trails and outdoor recreation.

The details:
• Full-time, hybrid — based in Bend, OR
• Starting salary: $68,000–$72,000 + benefits
• Apply by: Sunday, July 19, 2026
• Start date: September 8, 2026

Heads up, Central Oregon riders!

A trail running event is taking place on Saturday, May 23rd starting at 6pm in the area

— roughly 50 runners, and it’s a last-person-standing format, so it could run well into the next day.

Biking is totally fine, just expect more foot traffic than usual. Share the trail, be courteous, and you’re good to go.

Good luck to all the runners out there — we love seeing the trails get used!
