a Faith based Community Center, in Bay City, serving those in need! This is open on Tuesdays from 12-2, and Wednesdays from 6-8pm.

The Great Lakes Dream Center is located at 700 Lafayette Ave in Bay City, MI. Unfortunately, we are unable to help with food, utilities, rent, shut-off notices or evictions, but we do offer a Practical Needs Pantry where we have diapers, cleaning kits, hygiene, paper products, coats, blankets. No appointment is necessary, come and our volunteers to meet your needs. We are also unable to accept clo

thing donations, but we suggest the Good Samaritan Rescue Mission, Cat's Meow, or other resale shops around town. If you need furniture, we work with a group called Furnishing friends. If this is your need, please leave a clear message with your name, your phone number, your need, why you need it, and we will forward it on to Furnishing Friends. We have a church service on Sunday evenings at 6 pm, and you are always welcome! If you are in need of a ride to church, we may be able to pick you up. Please request a ride by Thursday at noon with your name, address, and how many will be with you. Can we help? We're happy to try!

Visit us this week at the Practical Needs Pantry. We don't have a residency requirement, and you don't need ID to receive hygiene items, cleaning supplies, diapers, or a SOAR resource guide. You can get two kits per adult in a household.

Other needs? Our staff and volunteers are happy to talk with you and help if we can!

ATTENTION Thrivent members!

Did you know you, as Thrivent members, have a benefit of requesting an Action Team gift card? Thrivent awards these $250 gift cards as “seed money” to help fund an activity that benefits a church community.

The Dream Center would love to partner with you. With your Thrivent awards money, you can sponsor the pantry for a week, volunteer with us, and purchase the items we hand out!

You can go with us into the encampments and purchase tents and items those who are unhoused may need. You can volunteer with a Car Seat Check and purchase car seats for us!

This is such an amazing way to make an impact with a benefit you already have as a Thrivent member!

On this , we're so thankful for the blessings that local congregation, St. Catherine of Siena, gathered for our youngest "Dreamers"! Their annual spring fundraiser focuses on little ones and the many needs that they come with. We are thankful to now have a supply of feeding items, clothing, diapers, and supplies to hand out to those who may need an extra hand for their little ones.

If you do have a need related to your baby, please come in during pantry hours or message us with specific requests and we can let you know if we can help meet your need!

We are weeks away from the annual "One Week, One Street" campaign that brings joy, hard work, skills, revitalization, repairs, and energy to Saginaw neighborhoods?! This year it runs from June 22nd- 26th and serves Maplewood, Collingwood and Hazelwood north of Webber.

Pastor Aaron would love to bring a work crew with him throughout the week. Are you interested in sharing your time and energy and investing in the deserving neighborhoods? Whether you can do a few days or the whole week, he'd love your help!
