Michigan State Police is reporting Candie Klemm is still missing.

A candlelight vigil is being held for Candie Klemm. The vigil will take place on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 6 p.m. at Pinconning Park located at 3041 E Pinconning Rd, Pinconning, MI.

State Police Need Your Help

BAY COUNTY, MI. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Tri-City Post is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 36-year-old Candie Klemm of Pinconning. Klemm was last seen in the Pinconning, Michigan area on December 18, 2025.

Klemm is described as a white female, 5’0”, with brown hair, hazel eyes, and glasses.

Anyone who has had contact with Klemm, or has seen her since December 18, 2025, or knows her current whereabouts is asked to contact the Michigan State Police Tri-City Post at 989-495-5555.

SHOOTING VICTIM DIES

BAY CITY, MICH. – On Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 0901 hours, doctors declared 39-year-old shooting victim Shane Gontko dead. Mr. Gontko was shot during an altercation at a residence in the 1000 block of Center Avenue on January 7, 2026. Three male family members of the victim have been arrested in connection with the incident. The incident has been referred to the Bay County Prosecutor’s Office.
