As a strategy and research analyst, Rock supports The Partnership's work by analyzing economic, policy, business, and regional data, providing insights that help inform strategic decision-making across the Capital Region. A Baton Rouge area native, Rock earned his bachelor's degree in information systems and analytics, with a minor in analytics, from Louisiana State University.

A new space at Baton Rouge Community College is giving students the opportunity to train for in-demand skilled trades careers in an environment designed to mirror the job site. 🚧🦺

BRCC recently opened its Capital City Construction Lab, an open-air learning space where students will gain hands-on experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing using real-world equipment and construction technology.

The Partnership has earned two 2026 Excellence in Economic Development Awards from the International Economic Development Council, recognizing our work to tell the story of economic growth and opportunity across Louisiana's Capital Region.

BRAC Impact, our 2025 Annual Meeting celebrating 20 years of regional economic development wins, earned a Silver Award in the Special Event category. GreaterBatonRouge.org, developed with Red Six Media as part of our 2025 rebrand, earned a Bronze Award in the General Purpose Website category.

Blending her expertise in marketing and graphic design, she leads branding initiatives, develops creative projects, and ensures a consistent brand presence across every channel. Katie brings more than a decade of marketing experience and earned dual bachelor's degrees in public relations and graphic design, with a minor in business, from Florida State University.

East Feliciana Parish combines a diverse economic base with room for continued growth.
