From drawing the original master plan for NASA’s Michoud Assembly Facility to helping build LSU’s nationally acclaimed landscape architecture program, alumnus and professor Max Conrad has spent a lifetime shaping spaces—and generations of Tigers.

Now retired from teaching, Conrad reflects on a remarkable journey rooted in curiosity, creativity and perseverance.
