Thank you to our community partners and all the families who joined us to celebrate National Walk & Roll to School Day. We’re grateful for a community that shows up for our kids and helps make safety and wellness part of everyday life. 🧡

“I’m too old for a booster!” Sound familiar? 👻🎃

While they may not think so, even kids ages 9–12 often still need a booster seat to help the seat belt fit properly. It’s about the fit, not the birthday!

Before ghosting the booster, make sure your child passes the five-step test:

🧡 Their back rests against the vehicle seat.
🧡 Their knees bend naturally at the seat’s edge.
🧡 The lap belt sits low across the hips and upper thighs, not on the belly.
🧡 The shoulder belt crosses the middle of the chest and shoulder, not on the neck.
🧡 They can stay seated this way for the entire ride.

Check in every vehicle and seating position. If your child doesn’t pass all five steps, they still need a booster!
