Lamar County Empty Stocking Fund We’re a 100% local, volunteer-run organization focused on helping children of Lamar County receive Christmas gifts.

We help make the holidays brighter for those who need it most.

Applicants must bring a valid photo ID along with proof of income and/or documentation of any assistance received by all members of the household (such as EBT, SSI, TANF, etc.).

🎁 Toy donations may also be dropped off at the Barnesville City Fire Department.

We started calling families today for toy pickup. I know we all hate spam calls, but please try to answer this upcoming week. We have thousands of toys for hundreds of kids and your cooperation will help things move much smoother. WE ARE NOT GOING IN ANY PARTICULAR ORDER.

Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas. We are making a list and checking it twice. We will start calling for pickup in just a couple more weeks.

Lamar County Empty Stocking has wrapped up taking applications for the 2024 holiday season. There is a great need in Lamar and we are still taking donations.

We are taking applications and donations this afternoon from 1:30 to 2:30 and then again from 5:30 to 6:30. We are extremely low on donations this year. Please let your friends know time is running out!!

All applications must be in person at the City of Barnesville Fire Department. 111 Forsyth Street, Barnesville, GA, 30204. All applicants must be residents of Lamar County and meet income requirements. We encourage all residents in need to apply.
